About FirstLine AI
FirstLine AI is the trading name of Firstline Corporation Pty Ltd, a Melbourne business founded in 1999.
We started by helping local businesses get online. Today we provide two services for Australian small businesses: an AI receptionist that answers your phone when you can’t, and a website chatbot that answers your visitors’ questions.
How we work
- Founder-led. FirstLine AI is run by its founder, Kelton Dennis, and you deal directly with him.
- Plain prices. Every price includes GST. No set-up fee, month to month, and no minimum term.
- Straight about AI. We tell you what our assistants do and don’t do, and our assistants tell callers they’re AI.
- Set up for you. You approve what your assistant says before it goes live.

Kelton has over 40 years in technology and business. He founded Firstline in 1999 and has run it since, from building websites for local businesses to AI phone answering and chat today.
